Gymka vs Jymka Bathinda – Which is Better?

If you checked my post about top gyms in Bathinda, you’ll know about Gymka and Jymka Bathinda. Located in Hotel Krishna Continental at the Bibiwala Road, the gym is one of the best gyms in the city. A lot of people switched gyms when this one opened.

When you go there, you’ll find yourself in a dilemma. The thing is they offer two types of packages – one for Gymka and one for Jymka. Which one should you choose?

Well, it depends. It depends on your goal and your affinities. Let’s start from the latter. What kind of exercises do you like? What kind of person are you?

Do you crave for the company? Do you want to meet new people, have fun while exercising and socialise? If yes, Jymka is the right choice for you.

If you’re a person who doesn’t care about much socializing and is more focused on his fitness goals, you may want to go for Gymka.

But wait! It’s also about the kind of exercise you want to do. See, the thing is Jymka is mostly about group classes with lots of cardio, heart rates going up and a little bit of bodyweight strength training. For those, who just want to exercise to keep their bodies active, have some fun along the way, Jymka Bathinda is a great choice.

But for those of you, who have weight loss or weight gain goals, who want proper cardio and strength training Gymka is the only option.

There’s also this thing about trainers. If you go for Jymka Bathinda, there will be a person leading the group class. So, you’ll always have somebody to look at you and make you work. If you go for Gymka, you’ll need to do exercises by yourself. They assist you in the first week and then, make a card for you with all exercises and diet and of course, they’re always there in case you need help but that’s it. There’s no individual attention. You do have the option to hire a personal trainer, though. You’ll have to pay extra for it but it really helps in achieveing results in a set amount of time.

So, ultimately, only you can answer which one is better for it depends on your preferences and goals.

Who do you think wins for you – Gymka or jymka Bathinda? Comment below.
